Black, red or white, it is used in the greatest gourmet restaurants in the world for its exceptional taste qualities. Also called Seaside Pepper, it is cultivated in Khmer respecting the environment and using traditional and natural methods to maintain a unique quality. It is also one of the only 2 peppers in the world to have the IGP designation (PDO, Protected Designation of Origin). Kampot black pepper is the almost ripe berry. Its sustained and subtle taste reveals notes of eucalyptus and fresh mint accompanied by a sweet flavor. Not very spicy, its taste will surprise by its duration in the mouth.

Kampot black pepper brings an intense flavor to red meats, oily fish such as mackerel, salmon, tuna … This pepper is the perfect seasoning for sauces, especially sauces made from cottage cheese. Its sweet side goes very well with fresh fruit as well as chocolate preparations.
